    My V6 got towed today....

Damn you Bailey, youre starting a trend....I was off on my merry way to Bristol this morning, and 10 miles into my journey, the engine light comes on! The car felt fine, but I decided the car was more important than work, and I turned around and took it to Renault. The RTE plugged his cable...

Any excuse for a few V6 pics!!!

Sweet car, a nice example! :D If you went for mk2 wheels (which I have thought about in the past) then itd probably be worth buying some nice lightweight wheels instead....probably be cheaper too. ---> http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1372Ktec Rear lights are a must, they...

    V6 brakes

Yeah mine too, but they still seem to work very well. Compared to the brakes on my old Racing Puma, which were over £200 a disc and the pads were about the same and they squeeled like hell and only worked really well when they were seriously hot.

    V6 brakes

But considering how much braking the rears have to do, theyre damn good! If you are looking at upgrading to 4-pots, give GDI a call.

Is the V6 MKII for me

I really need to meet up with you, so you can show me how much of a pussy Im being!! Ive only got the ass-end out (properly) on about 5 seperate occasions in 4 months! Even managed it in a Merc 180 Coupe today so is it me or is it very tricky in the V6?? Back on-topic: The ownership...

    V6 brakes

Dont think theyll fit under anything less than 17s, and the hub is 5 stud as well.... ...the previous threads on this have concluded that its cheaper and easier to buy bigger brakes that are made of the 172. :)

Debate: Is this covered by warranty

Right, the "Warranty Administrator" at Camden Renault MK has spoken, and they say that "Its not covered" ..... so now you guys know, if you spend £27,000 on your car, dont think it wont look like an old kitchen sink after 3 stress-free years.....BECAUSE IT WILL! Renault UK here I come...

Warranty work when warranty runs out...

If you report a problem to Renault before the warranty expires, and they can not find the problem until after the expiry date, is the claim still valid? I have a suspected gearbox oil leak, and the garage has put some UV dye in the oil and asked me to put 200-300 miles on the car and come...

    RAID on Mk1 V6

Does the UK spec Mk1 Clio V6 have the Renault Anti-Intruder Device fitted as standard? (you drive above 4mph and the doors lock)... ..my car is with Renault, and their RTE has spent the day scratching his head, wondering why it doesnt work (although it beeps when you hold the button down). He...

Debate: Is this covered by warranty

Is this covered under the Renault 3 year warranty? (the panels have never been removed, damaged, etc. the paint is just starting to flake) My car is in with Renault as we speak, and its sounding like they might argue it, so is it worth fighting my corner with this one? (btw, what youre...
