OMP subframes fit fine if you keep the inner spacer things and remove the outers. Subframes offer a nice low position when buckets are installed with sidemounts and without runners.
Rears will rub when the car is loaded and running over speedbumps etc. I am running Valver Speedlines (ET38ish) with 195-50s and they occasionally rub on the rear.
Sagem box is the UCH. You shouldn't block the heater matriy pipes off but use a 180° elbow and joiner to connect the main coolant hose with the thermostat housing. Use the search. Weightwise i'd guess you'll lose about 5-10kgs.
