    Top one is a ph1 172 shaft. Bottom one is a ph2 172 or 182 shaft with intermediate bearing (has a bracket bolted to the rear of the block). Edit: If they are the same length, you can use the upper item. Need to remove the bracket on the rear of the block though.

    Depends on the bolt spacing on the front strut. 1.6s are 58mm, 1.2s can have 52mm or 58mm.

    You can drive with a rattling dephaser for a longer time (few K miles) without any problems.

    They do. Part number for the Highsport coilovers in 52mm fitment is FKRT41.

    Clean and grease the bore where it sits in before fitting. Biggest problem is to remove the old ones in one piece.

    You can get tilting subframes from Wiechers in Germany afaik. With the OMP subframes you can install sliders only.
