Thought if I could get the coin tray out I might be able to feed the wires from my Origin b2 through a small hole down into the guts of the wiring loom (pinch a feed from the back of the radio or something). Dont fancy taking the whole dash out.
It should have it. One short touch to completely lower or raise the window - hold the switch down so you can choose when it stops. The passenger window does not have this.
£9000 is a steal for an 02 with that mileage - mate of mine paid £10,400 for an 02 with 19k on it a couple of months back. Lots of money left for mods mods mods :)
Bump. Any more pics rocko? Ordered mine today - £320 is a steal! Does the laser detector thingy need to go in the hole in the reflective screen, or could it go up by the rear view mirror?
Posted this a while ago but got no help - maybe I didnt explain well enough..
Mate of mine has a 2001 1.6 16v Clio. First thing in the morning when cold, the engine revs to around 5000rpm all on its own (foot nowhere near accelerator). Does this repeatedly until its warmed up. Renault have...
You are going to lose the nice coloured Renaultsport logo on the seats - you get a grey one instead. You gain climate control, and a generally tidier dashboard. 16" alloys instead of 15"s. If its a newish one you might be blessed (cursed?) with traction control and esp.
As above - 2002 model Clio 1.6 16v - engine revs to about 5k rpm on its own when cold.
BRUM BRUM :o
Anyone else had this - its fine once its warmed up.
It seems very optimistic. They are obviously hoping for a lot from the headwork. The other mods have all been done by people on here with nowhere near 200bhp.
60mm is a lot on a 172 - its already quite a bit lower than the other models, and Im not sure you can buy springs that will go this low, so it would have to be coilovers (expensive).
OK, view from an owner.
The Megane Dynamique is a perfectly good car, although its a completely different animal than a 172. Had ours for 4 years now and had virtually no trouble with it at all. It isnt dog slow, and it handles really nicely. With the roadbox fitted it looks much better, and...
according to the members discount section:
Radar UK supplies speed camera detectors of various types. We have a discount for the Origin B2 (£355 inc Vat & P+P) and the Road Angel (£325 inc Vat & P+P).
Has anyone bought one from these people?
Waste of time stripping the car for trackdays - losing the rear seats isnt going to help you catch that 911 or Noble after all. 1/4 mile-ing is a different matter, and every bit definitely helps! I might even go on a diet this year

Theres no way the extra performance justifies the price difference - but thats not why people buy a Clio V6 IMO. You buy it because you love the looks and the exclusivity.
Youll either fall in love with it or you wont.
The Tar-ox ones (see the members discount page) are really good. NO fade on the big thrash at Donington Park last month, even after Val came back into the pits with the brakes smoking.
