I've fitted a scorpion cat back this year which to my surprise came in three pieces from the cat back not like any others I've seen which come in two pieces. Anyhow after about a weeks driving it twists on the rear joint where the back box join causing the tailpipe to come away from the back...

Genuine car, grab a bargain. Just needs to go
2 years of hard driving and a couple of tack days and no issues what so ever
Heeling and toeing, and matching revs when going down a couple of gears to over take etc may be to thank for this though
does your car have a cable throttle? If so theres usually an adjustment for idle so you can make it idle slightly higher if its just struggling to keep itself ticking over it
to bleed the brakes manually just get a mate to pump the pedal, when the nipple is undone. As for 500ml of fluid, a full fluid change isn't possible with that amount. Around 1litre is required as k-tec informed you. Having had them bled recently everything should be nice and free so crack on lad
What fluid you used? If its cheap crap you could of cooked it during the bedding in process leaving them now spongy. I'd recommend ATE blue from GSf around £15 a liter. Is blue too so you can see when its completely bled through.
As for the sequence is furthest away from the bottle first
Could be as simple as oil filter or sump plug being a little loose from last service, im guessing its since the last service that you've had problems seen as you said you've used 4litres in 5k and it was serviced 5k ago . . .
