Yea, but to avoid it getting replaced, you tell the garage not to replace the filter as it has a sports filter and they deduct the filter price off the service sheet and cross it out on the "to do" list.
That's what I did.
Still voids insurance if you don't tell them the original...
It's like a human mate. We drink plenty of water in hot weather to keep cool and so that we can still perform well and be healthy. We lose alot of water more in hot weather, so we need replacement water to remain balanced.
The car does the same as it gets hotter quicker in hotter weather...
I was insured with Privilage early last year and they are underwritten by Direct Line. When I went to mod my previous car they told me the same thing that Direct Line tell thier customers - No mods on any vehicle until you reach the age of 25.
Tint's dont effect the structure or performance of...
Not going to be anywhere near as good as quality as Pipercross. If it's made from metal as well it's going to get some heat soak for sure, so performance gains may not be as good as expected.
Still, you could buy it and let us know what you think of it.

They are made by Apex mate. They are -35mm, but after it's bedded in, im sure it will reach 40 or so mm. ;)
That 182 looks really nice! Love that colour too! Downside's with the V6 is not much room and not very practical either.
Carbon splitter would look sexual with your wheels. ;)
Nope. Not according to CarbonMods description - It's genuine 100% carbon fibre and not abs 'look' carbon. I wouldn't of ordered it if it was the abs plastic. The pics of the carbon weave look pretty convincing too.
Just bagged myself a carbon fibre battery cover for 20 quid. Hopefully will be the mutts, i'll have a look when it arrives. Fortunately I have a 14 day returns policy on this product! :D
I don't recommend IK's for 1.2's. I find they cause alot of heat soak and it's all show and no go. K&N Panel filter is probably the best thing you can do to your induction system IMO.
If you really want an IK then Pipercross do one for the 1.2 and K&N do the Gen 2 kit, which apparently is...
Lmao!
Car's don't have IK's as standard!! Every car is usually fitted with a panel filter from factory. IK's are aftermarket parts and don't conform to manufacturer's standards/ regulations, hence why they are not on cars from factory.
^ An uprated/sports panel filter is still an engine modification and if they find out you had one in there in a car crash - it's on your back mate. Change it at your own risk.
Changing panel filters is like going for a piss, but if you decide to add one to your car then if you happen to write...
Nice. Not sure on the dash insert being red, looks out of place. Would suggest getting turbines sprayed matt black with red lip would look good and match the dash insert. RS grill is a popular choice too.
Not keen on the Mk2 Ph3, but each to thier own. Good work, glad you like your car. Do it how you want to mod it and don't let anybody on here or off here tell you how to mod your car.
That's how it should be. Don't change because people don't like it, if it tickles your taste buds - Keep it! If you like those lexus light's on your car mate, put them back on and sod everyone else!
Im agreed with you there. Making negative comments about his car is not bullying him, it's just stating you don't actually like that part of his car. It has no relation to him directly as you are not insulting or critising him - It's simply saying you don't like his car. End of really.
