Got mine mounted above my tax disk holder. I did stick on the back window the other side of the ELF sticker, but didn't like the heat lines in it's way.
I'm going to be getting a custom made stealth cat back from Powerflow for around £300 soon. When I asked about the exhaust, the guy even asked me how loud I wanted it to sound! :)
Glad you like it!
Re: SDV RIP
Kin' Hell mate, that looked like an awesome valver!! Such a shame when a beautiful car like that get's trashed! :(
Good to hear the driver is alright now though.
Aye, that's what happened when I got insured with Privilage. I wanted to change my exhaust system and they told me to sod off. They seem to like anybody over 25 with 3 years no claims. They say you have to be 25 or over to have any mods! Not just that, but it took them over 8 months to settle...
How can they make the doors lighter when you don't actually take anything off the door in the first place? You are adding something to the door so technically your putting weight on. Carbon fibre is very light stuff but I can tell you now that it
wont affect the weight of the door at all Sam...
Laura, get your eyes down to the 'Local Meetings' section and stick your name down for the South East BBQ event on the 24th!! :D

Is this battery cover any good? Real carbon fibre. Sounds very cheap for what it is. Ideas?
I checked the dimensions of the cover as well and it does fit over the Mk.2...
Yes, you can pop the cap off and respray it if you want. Just get a flat end screw driver to pop it off if your nails aren't long enough!
Colour Code it ;)
Looks like a Sedan version of the Clio.. They did a Mk2. Ph1 version as well..
Not my cup of coffee tbh, but it's exactly like the Seat Cordoba, which is just the Seat Ibiza with a boot..
Very nice car, I will give you credit for that - It does look the mutts! However it still has a 1.2 engine inside, so you may get CTR's and the like trying to race you now - Good luck!! ;)
Excellent work though fella!!
You still have to declare manufacturer alloys, but iirc it doesn't affect your premium. Apart from that, you need to declare all exterior mods regardless of how subtle they are.
