There is only one seal behind the dephaser. I would change the camshaft seals and the crank pulley bolt (can be reused if the length below the head is below x). Seals on the gearbox-side always need to be changed.
If you want to change the manifold aswell, might be easier to lift the engine/gearbox out => easier to change the cambelt and enough space to fit the manifold without dropping the subframe. Might change the clutch aswell on 155K Km.
