Maybe take it to Hill Power? everyone on here sings praises for the guy (Nick?) who runs it and works there and im sure hed give you a good opinion. Not sure where it is mind. Try a search or start a thread asking where maybe?

Saw ya post on the other thread. Im also in a 1.2 courtesy boat and not liking it ONE bit. My gear box is being replaced, so i hope i will not be waiting 5 weeks whilst they learn how to fit one

Craggy - try driving along for a while at a moderately slow speed with your right foot on the accelerator and your left foot on the brake (lightly) to bed them in quicker?

Wo-el, yknow it was a good bit of action for the rallye that evening. Im still stuck in the courtesy boat and have been told that the gear box wont be delivered until later next week! Most people would be quite happy with a nice new courtesy car, but im getting so frustrated with the performance...
