I had that goose/squeek noise sorted ages ago. It was the top mounts rubbing on the underside. They just grind the hole out bigger. This noise happens mainly on un even surfaces but not bumpy, if that makes sense? Probably the top part of the coilovers.

The spring/release do end up sticking when they're knackered. Might have something to do with it. Brembo 4pots...a grand..suits you.

They do have a shelf life, mine will need doing soon I'm sure.

It started about 15,000 miles ago but hardly noticable but now it's all the time over small bumps/undulations. It sounds like it's coming from the glove box and infront of the steering wheel which makes me think it could be the struts. But being a complete novice when it comes to the mechnical...

Purely for looks or I wouldn't bother. The standards are fine with the right pads, discs and lines.

I got some new collars from a company a while ago who stock loads of H&R parts but can't remember the name! I do have an invoice at home though so can have a look if you want? Failing that, give mark fish/motorsport world etc a call.

I noticed the speedline 2118's on the cup, am I right? The Ali ones not magnesium? What's the correct offsets and any other sizes/dimensions I should know. I'm probably going to be getting a set. Also, what's the ventelation like on them? Cheers fellas.

must say my h&r's are so good on these shitty british roads. considering the how much less travel there is compared to the orignal 4x4 ride height, they soak up all types of bumps much much better. i will be honest and say they could be a bit stiffer for the track, the rear mainly but sure h&r...

Looked pretty low to me, tryning to figure out an easy way to get my wheels refurbed and have them finished in black! Getting spotted is just like buses, don't stop now. See Blink nearly every morning now.

Mine has been on for about 25,000 miles now and no worries. Sounds the bollox too. Can't recommend them enough. Especially for the money.

They should settle a bit more but for some reason the apex don't go as low as the 182's do but looks smart all the same. Luvvy jubbly.
