Good job you have 195's aswell. I had 205's the other week and they rubbed quite a bit on the coilies. Now back to 195's and no rubbing at all.
You'll love em.
The DS2500's don't wear that much either. Mine have been on for a while now and they've got loads of life left in them. Bit of squeek but I like that, sounds like a tourning car lol.
I can see this thread has been looked into far too deeply, as they all do in CS.
Surely any money spent on a car is a waste if you can't drive, not only suspension...
riddles!
You'll be lucky to get the drops Eibach claim on a cup. If you want a drop on a 172 cup then Apex is the only route when it comes to springs.
The std 172's & 182's lower more than the cups with the same springs.
Get then side by side and there's a big difference.
The 205's should handle better and feel heavier.
I did have 205's on mine but as I have coilovers they were catching the arches loads more than the 195's, so I went back to the standard.
The different trea pattern could result in the change of handling. Contis are harder and have chunkier...
Mine's a lot lighter up front with the PE2's on compared to contis. A tiny bit squidgier than the contis too but grip levels are a bit better. Will se ehow they get on round the ring on thursday.
