What's the best way to spray my tow eye?
I gave it a go yesterday and got fd up of holding the tow eye for ages, and then when i thought it was dry, it got stuck to the newspaper when i put it on there.
What method have you used/recommend?
yeah no worries mate, i'm gonna swap the wheel back over at some point this week (maybe the weekend) so i'll do it then for you?
lol, i'll have a butchers next weekend see how much there is!
Haha yeah, nearly the first death by clio!
Yeah it is a little high, but tbh it's much better on the back compared to the sportlines.
This was how it was at Bedford last year riding really high:
Much better how it is now height wise, i love the turinis too :)
Update......
Thanks to Gray for last week, he came down and did the majority of the work fitting my coilovers! Also a good job Fred was in work last week, the brass nuts on the front struts were air gunned on too tight previously - so there was no way we were getting them off with a spanner...
Pretty straight forward to spot the mount.
Jack up and support with axle stands.
Remove engine cover (underneath car), there's four screws holding that up.
Then you'll spot it to the rear of the engine/subframe and there will be a dogbone looking mount. It will either be straight or twisted...
