99% off us on here who spend so much money on our car's will never see the return on what we've laid out for it. Part of the fun i suppose and what you intend to keep the car for. Seems like a lot of work that's been done and now you just want to return it to standard and get rid now?!
If you find the right buyer who wants a car like that then you'll have no problems, but as this has hardly been done to 197's you may struggle at the moment due to the age/value of them etc.
Did you not keep the interior when you stripped it?
Sorry to hear about the lack of work mate, hope things turn out ok. It's a lovely car and would be a real shame to have to let it go.

Disconnect battery negative side. Leave for 20 mins, then jack up car and support both sides.
Underneath the car on the side closest to you there are two rubber bungs, remove them and that will reveal two nuts - 13mm iirc. And then there are two more not covered under the exhaust heat shield...
