mine does this too, put it down to widowscreen seal aswell as it's had a replacement screen in the past and may have not sealed correctly. my noise is at around 60mph. does seem to be a common problem, you'll just have to live with it.

and that just screws into the hole where black thin seat belt rail goes into the panel?

is that M10 23mm threaded bolt for the one on the outer pillar where the seat belt rail sits?

can't really complain at that price for the shaft.

they wont go off as long as the negative battery lead is disconnected whilst removing seat. please allow 20 mins or so before unplugging the standard seat. the resistor doesn't stop the air bag going off - their job is to stop the lights on the dashboard coming on.

recon places can normally turn around a shaft in a day so if you can get it off and into them tomorrow you should be ok.
