A lot of people will judge the car based on the tyres on it, many will want premium brand tyres, so if you put budgets on it they may try and bring the price down so they can stick 4 new tyres on it. I certainly did when I bought my 182, kid before put two new budgets on the front, I said it'd...
Both of these look top-notch; do you have to start taking things apart to put those plastic tubes/sleeves over? Also, does anyone know which uprated engine mount the yellow one is on the monaco? The engine mount is probably the biggest let down in my engine bay, it's a mess.
I'd say it's about balance. Too many people these days are too focused on owning the nicest things they can, but as soon as something puts everything in perspective, you realise how little these things mean, and wish you'd spent more money enjoying time with your loved ones/friends etc.
I'm not...
Lots of variables, obviously condition first and foremost, but if they're both the same price then the 172 might be proper tidy, maybe has some expensive mods, or is just overpriced, similarly the 182 might be a dog, or may be good if the 172 is indeed overpriced, the 182 should be cheaper if it...
I love my 182 to bits, but it'd get tiresome if I did plenty of motorway journeys in it. I think they're amazing cars when you fancy a drive, but mine does annoy me driving home after a long day at work, when I'm not up for a drive.
Reminds me of the watch made by Rolex (I think) that syncs with an iPhone and tells you things like when you have a message or have received an email - cost a small fortune though.
Normal, as far as I'm aware. I think the speedo isn't completely accurate anyway, the set cruise speed may actually be more accurate, although I'm only guessing.
Really disappointed neither offer backward compatibility. I was a Sony kid, but moved to Xbox when the 360 came out, but thinking I'll be moving back to Sony this round, sounds like the all round better package, and I've got a bit bored of the Xbox exclusives that initially drew me in, and some...
Driving an untaxed vehicle to an MOT test
You can drive your vehicle to and from a pre-arranged test at an MOT test station as long as you have adequate insurance cover in place for the use of that vehicle.
This is also for vehicles being driven to and from a pre-arranged test at a Vehicle...
Perhaps grab a mate and sit behind him while he's doing 40 and see what your dial is showing; hopefully a specialist will be in here soon to guide you on ABS rings.
I don't know about the ABS ring sorry. Are you sure the sat-nav was correct? Have you had the 182 long? Did it feel like you were going quicker than 60? If it was over-reading heavily I'd have thought you'd have been getting caught by speed camera's, or if you were held up by other traffic doing...
As far as I'm aware; if the dial hits 20, 40, 60 etc then it's calibrated properly, but if say it hits 23, 46, 69 then it's out - I've never actually seen one that's out, so I'm just assuming that's how it works.
Do the diagnostic; if you press the button on the end of the right stalk while you turn on the car you'll go into diagnostic, and the needle will go through intervals of either 20 or 40 (can't remember which) and this should show if it's calibrated as far as I'm aware.
