Good spec

I brought one thinking it would be okay but it wasn't...twin 3.5 was way, way too big. Maybe if you can find something slightly smaller that might be okay but personally I think if it's completely hidden like the OE system then it attracts less attention and is less likely to put people off...

Buy a stealth....twin exhaust much to large/chavo for the Clio Had one on my 172 and it lasted all of two weeks on the car before it had to come off lol

The Renault bracket has slots in so you can move/adjust it forward & backwards....you'll see what I mean when you get one. I fitted an aftermarket exhaust and it just touched the hangar so I used a round file to make the slots longer therefore offering more adjustment. Been spot on ever...

Looked pretty clean whan I saw it at Castle Coombe last month.....just the little dings that need sorting. Got a few on mine as well...probably from someone elses door etc but can't be arsed to sort that out until I sell it.

I think that sums it up nicely I don't own a Trophy but I do find the 172 very reasonable to run and the mpg is great:D

I find the 172 very easy to live with Only thing which I fould a bit tricky was the clutch when I first got it which I found pretty sharp/bitey

Brakes and or suspension is the way to go:D

Agree with the above You can also file out the slots on those brackets as well if you need more forward/back movement to clear exhaust hangars;)
