OEM+ all the way mate. When I bought my LY there was another one for sale on AT at the time that had black alloys and black bullets with tints, thought it looked shite myself, but each to their own. Personally don't think black shows up the details on the alloy well, just ends up looking like...
Yeah, I was planning on getting a proper one eventually, but was gonna wait until I had enough money to spend on a big all-in detailing order, rather than paying for delivery buying things bit by bit.
Not black, really not a fan. Are yours silver or anthracite? If anthracite, then I don't think there's a better colour. Think anthracite on LY is a better combo than anthracite on any other colour Clio.
That's good to know, I have the same attachement but just assumed it would be naff and haven't bothered using it, but if it'll do the job then that'll be good enough for now, until I pay out for a decent lance.
I may be mistaking another rattle coming from that area as being the tray, I'll try different combo's of taking things in and out of it, it may well be my parcel shelf.
You'll need to consider getting the auto nozzle, as the nozzles that come as standard are quite powerful and may damage the paintwork. I just picked the auto nozzle up for £4.99 as regraded stock, much better than the £30 RRP, or the £17 Cleanstore want for a new one.
Bookmarked. Love a good thread like this where almost everything is written up in the first post, rather than having to search through 20 pages for updates. Loads of quality ideas gained from this thread, thanks.
Well serviced, well maintained = likelihood of greater MPG. It's not as if 37 is bad for the sort of performance you get? I can easily get over 40, I'm on about 35 at the moment without the car seeing any steady driving/motorway miles.
As per picture and title, the light for my fuel and temp dials has gone out, is this likely to be a wiring issue/lose connection? I'm fairly certain it's not the bulb because when I turned the car on earlier the light did come on but went off after about 2 seconds.
Any help appreciated.
I know many say you'll never get your money back on boost. I know you're never gonna get all your money back, but given the increasing interest in boosting a Clio, and the increasing quality of parts available, increasing quantity of experts doing the work (Engine Dynamics for example) rather...
Is this common for all 1*2's, or just the ones you've owned? If it's normal then that's good news with regard to saving me a whole lotta cash, but bad news that my car sounds like s**t every time I turn it on.
I can't unfortunately, I've only just bought the car. I plan on getting it fully serviced and tidied up asap, but just wanted to know if I'm gonna have to pay out for belts, seeing as they've got 3 years/over 50k left on them.
Rightio, I'm planning on visiting Dan@SJM soon as possible for a full health check, because there are a few niggling things with the 182 I've just bought that I want to get checked out/sorted. However, just to confirm/ease my worries, I've taken a video of me starting the car this morning, and...
s**t tyres, hence why they're getting changed, a few no names, a worn Bridgestone. Will be getting 4 new Pzero's soon as. It's running on standard springs. After a journey of about 30 minutes, when I get out the car my legs feel like I've done a session of exercises on one of those vibrating...
