Just rang renault, the pads are £35 so if they charge you £103 thats £68 for fitting... Think Ill get them fitted at my local garage for £20

Is that for 4 pads. I was quoted £20 for fitting the fronts at a local garage. Im gonna give renault a ring and ask how much the pads cost.

I was offered 6k for my 02 reg import at a dealer, I said no way, he rang me within 10mins to offer 7k, still no way...a week later he offered 8k or a 2k reduction on the 182 and free metalic paint...go at the end of the month to get a good deal from a dealer......

I love new tyres!!!!! just had em fitted....the brakes are sharper too!!:D Am I the only sad person who feels this way about tyres??

Ive just been for some new tyres and the blokeys recon Ive got about 4k left on the brake pads....the garage next door said that theyd change them for £20 plus the cost of the pads! :) Ive done 22.5k (over estimated above!)

how many miles did you get out of a set of pads?? mines due a service and I dont know if Im gonna need some.....I do need new tyres, so Im not sure if they need doing or its just the tyres being almost slicks thats the problem!!
