how did they catch him??? nice surprise anyway, chances are he wont go down, find out where he lives and after its all sorted get some ppl 2 make sure he can never drive a car again
what are flux like with mods??
do they bring the price down like elephant if u add an older female as 2nd driver??
might give them a ring,
21, 3 yrs no claims, grp 15 306 gti-6 with lowering, alloys, exhaust
cheapest so far is admiral at £760
no points either
ok with all mods declared, lowering, exhaust, alloys
the difference with all drivers on there is
£106
so if i renew a week later when im 21 it saves me £106 which is a fair improvement from 873 down to 767 for 12 months fully comp
21, 3 yrs no claims, i had a non fault crash in...
public transport, nooooooo chance, its shocking round here
+ my work is kind of middle of nowhere, hardly any buses
I should be able to get some lifts sorted though, and maybe just use a taxi once or twice if needed, that or see if my dad can use his work truck all week and insure me on...
yea think the excess is about £400, think most are about £200 minimum for me though so you crash and you lose out, you dont crash and you save
hopefully I wont crash
Im going to shop around still, see what other places say, hopefully I can get it down a bit more
lol only got 1 day of holiday left to take, rest is booked off for my mums wedding
so yea i could take 1 day off and then just have 4 days to worry about
main problems is work really
need to get to and from work 5 days
So hopefully I can blag lifts at least 3 of those days, off ppl i work with and a couple of mates! Then I should be fine, then just get insured online on my bday etc
my renewal is down £110, thats if i renew at 21...
well went on elephant, made up some new names lol
didnt bother with mods or 2nd drivers, just went for quick kind of quote
If I was 21 now, it would be £170 cheaper on a 10 month policy, and £180 cheaper on a 12 month policy
going to put in all my details accurately now and...
I might look into doing that if the savings worth it, probably be hard to get to work and stuff though which is the problem, not got a spare car or anything and be awkward getting lifts everywhere
might see if I can though, if the drop in £££ is enough, tbh i don;t think it comes down much...
last time for some reason admiral were about £40 cheaper for me, strange
will have to have a play, with mileage and other small bits, see what makes a difference and stays legal
think i opted for legal cover last time which was an extra £30 or so
hoping to get it down, might go for a...

adding older females to policy or not??
low mileage
got my renewal soon, best person 2 speak 2???
itll be on a grp 15 306 gti-6, they accept mods??
ill be 20 with 3 yrs no claims
your old certificate will be fine imo, although its naughty
they dont check it up there and then if at all
at the end of the day its better that u tax it surely than if u dont, so they cant moan
i know how you feel, i searched for ages for a met green wing, never got one
was quoted £250 to have one sprayed up so I left it, never got the colour you need
cis only care about performance, you can do lowering and alloys etc etc
but they want to know about things like airfilters
cis have always been like this, however they seem to quote ok for first time drivers and then have always been sh!t for me since
almost, my mate now has this problem, sold the clio to him, he hasnt mentioned it though
not quite sure what it is really, guess its just too much movement of the engine/gearbox, so could be the mounts
is a bit of a pain though, especially in slow moving traffic on slopes
that makes sense ^^^^^^
common problem
had mine replaced twice in a year so it must have gone again, first time it was replaced the old 1 was snapped right in half lol
my old clio was like this for ages
was worse when pulling off in slow moving traffic on a slight hill
would seem to struggle and vibrate, never got any worse or better so i just left it, presumed it was a clutch problem so was scared to go near it incase i needed to spend lots of £££ :-)...
