    mk1 hub

Going on the fact that you can fit bigger brakes to a 1.2 hub, then 1.2 must be same as valver, so they will all be the same

What the ** f**k ** can drill this out

If you have some torx bits they are often good to hammer in, as the spikes stick inot the metal and grip it, other then that try driulling it slowley and lubricate it, or all youll do is blunt the rill bit, esp if you are going fast, soemthign like wd-40 or 3 in 1 oil etc

    Which Oil Temp Gauge

Get a billet plate adaptor from teh deamon tweeks mortorsport catalogue, fits between the filter and block and includes space for temp and pressure senders, then get the guages and senders seperate. Pressure is alot more important than temperature

    Coilovers

Dont bother with K-tec, well overpriced! IIRC Gaz coilovers stick up too far and dent the bonnt, Avo seem to be popular for mk1s

Due to extremes in temperature, of heating up and colling down alot the metal skints and expands, this can lead to cracking around the drilled holes. Grooved aids wiht removal of brake dust, but ive used std on my car and my brakes get abused, done 3 track days on them and had no fade, thats...
