Got car back and it's much better now. Still a little lumpy but not cutting out at all and the new RST map seems very good - initial pick up and midrange is great. One thing which I will be changing are the rear spacers though. With the drop I have along with the 205 tyres and 15mm spacers...

Yeah. If it was tappets, the speed of the tapping would increase with the revs. Don't think it does with the dephaser so that's a good indicator.

10mm spacers shouldn't affect the handling at all. Saying that, it does look absolutely bob on as it is.

Yeah I'd say so. If it is the dephaser, I believe the noise should stop or at least not increase the higher up the rev range you go. It's not tappets anyway. Either dephaser or carbon cannister, I'd guess.

Absolutely stunning photographs. They really are incredibly well taken. I do agree with a few above though, silver wheels complement black bodywork so much better.

They've changed the leads and tweaked a few things and it's running again. Picking it up tomorrow :)

Cheers Luke. I mentioned that to them too. New leads going on tomorrow. The old ones were a bit shot at. See how those fare. Its just had £40 worth of plugs.
