Throttle body flap was nice and tight. I'm not sure that would cause the idle problem though? Especially as I have no problem starting the car once it cuts out. Stumped.

Just carried out another diagnostics with the RSTuner and it's picked up a fault code: DF0003: Intake Air Temperature Sensor. That's pretty foreign to me. Anyone?

Yeah Henk sends you a map based on the info you send him from your ECU. So one map for someone may well be very different to another guy with the same car spec.
