saw one a while back with high comp and 421s make 221 and IMO the cams were holding it back at that point as they were wrong for the rest of the engine
water pump is a rare issue and not a cambelt off job to change later. Not necessary IMO.
Dephaser is only needed if it's noisy, or if you're on particularly high miles, or oil changes have been neglected for an extended period. it is however a cambelt off job to change at a later date
makes bugger all difference. haklf the cars that come in to me have the alarm switch missing off the slam panel so are most likely imports. 99% of buyers have no idea of this
Looks a pretty typical powerflow installation to me. That center hanger is from a metro. They use them on everything.
You're unlikely to make standard mounts fit with that system
to my knowledge, all the rockers are the same. I've not sat with a microscope, but there's certainly nothing special about 197/200 rockers compared to 172/182

owners did most of it to be fair, just needed some improvements and finishing off. There was a build thread on here ages ago with a hideous exhaust manifold (that's now been replaced by a lovely custom one)
doesn't have an idle valve then, it's electronic throttle. could be the throttle body, an air leak, or a multitude of loom issues on that engine. Diagnostics is the only way forward really
