My girlfriends clio mtv is making a very strange noise - not when accelerating, more when lifting off Its like a very low hum (dont think its exhaust) - not too sure what it could be but it seems to be getting louder. She had the accelerator cable replaced about a month ago.

Got my GTT 3 weeks ago and although it had a V5 it was already filled in, but not sent to DVLA, so I sent it off 2 weeks ago with my name and address. Went to tax me car yesterday and there is a new law (started on Feb 1st typical) which means u cant get tax without a V5 or a tax reminder...

My GT has had a new engine and Ive got the clocks and the log book for the new engine. Can i swap the clocks or will it land me in small sh1t?

Been running my 5 on about 8psi and it wasnt slow, just turned it up to 15 and my god its fast. When its on boost I just cant stop grinning! Its so low as well that it feels a lot faster than it probably is.

Just been for a drive and when i brake or accelerate quickly i can hear water moving about somewhere. It sounds like its in the doors, but its not, then it sounds like its in the boot! Bugger! Wheres it likely to be? its obviously collected somewhere and is swishing about which is NOT good.

Ok so the tyres on my valver are 215/45/16 Will these tyres scrape at all on a Renault 5 GT? The 5 is lowered 60mm and I was thinking about the rear wheels catching on the arches? Can anyone help?

When I put full lock on at any speed (turning wheel anticlockwise) I get this really nasty scratching noise VERY LOUD its horrible!!!!! When I turn the wheel the other way it doesnt make a noise at all. and when Im stopped it doesnt do it either way. I know that valvers have noisey p/s pumps...
