Check there's no debris between disc and hub and wheel and disc, make sure its very clean too just to be sure.
otherwise it could be a hot spot on the disc or it could be out if balance although I doubt that.
Bit of help with my calipers,.
fiat brembo 4 pots, inside bleeds fine, outside wont bleed at all (using an ezebleed)
when I crack the crossover pipe off on the outside there is fluid there.
Am I safe to assume its blocked? Can it be a seized piston?
Cheers
Just read from start to finish, its taken me 3 weeks on and off lol.
i doff my hat to you for your patience and efforts and your welcome for copying me with the orange :p
love this car and your a really bad influence on me!
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
Your 20 year old Williams will be on the ramps a lot more than a Clio 4 will be though.
and economy isn't just mpg, its overall cost of running, the impact in the environment etc. etc.
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
No, manufacturers have seen how efficient small turbo charged engines are and what sells more cars? (apart from looks)economics
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
Lambo are part of VAG, Ferrari - fiat and Aston Martin ford iirc?
companies have been told to reduce co's over their whole range so whilst your v12 astons are spunking loads out your new 0.9l fiesta actually spouts flowers from its...
They're about 20-25mm but I can't be sure.
i haven't got a part number no but the dealer should be able to get that no problem. I just went in and asked for 7 flywheel bolts and they ordered them in for me
BOOM! ^ there you go lol
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
Exactly that! But its the same reason new Marc's don't have a sump plug and dipstick. It's so if anything goes wrong you have to take it to them to sort
Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
Just means there's no need for oil changes Matt.
therel be a drain and fill point though no doubt. Iirc the 1*2's are suposed to be sealed for life too
Well after putting e new one in and cranking it a few times it doesn't seem like its catching. So I don't know.
this is all a bit mysterious tbh, one minute its fine the next it won't fire
Bare in mind it was running fine before. The config is correct. Both the base map and flywheel are from scoff so they are compatible.
im wondering if there's damage to the ecu
Ok tired a new sensor earlier and still no joy.
anyone know why an omex 600 would give a cps reading of 9000 possibly more (the range tops out at 9k) when cranking?
Like I said air gap anything bigger than about 1mm away from the flywheel won't get recognised and it currently has a shim under it which lifted it about 0.5mm. When I measured the distance this left me with an air gap of about 0.34mm which was ideal but clearly something isn't right as its been...
Who cares really?
If the op is happy and wants a new car what's the problem?
Ive never been on a forum where people are criticised and analysed so much for buying things they want with their own money. It's really bizarre
