you are getting advice, but there's some background info needed first, If you have mods added then go on a realistic dyno, you'll think you've lot power. Personally I think matched inlets are worthwhile, but more for midrange and response than peak bhp figures.
could be yes, I believe they are straight threads on the plate, and usually a tapered thread on the sensors, so they wont go tight until they bottom out. As I said befor though, I dont use them as I really don't get on with them
Won't be anyone's fault, just a peril of these engines. The dirt that builds up around the leak tends to slow it down, doesn't take much of a leak to go absolutely everywhere
If the bolt is torqued correctly then it shouldn't ever be an issue, to be honest I've done several that have ended up supercharged and they've not been problematic either. If you read the manual there's a contradiction on tightening procedure, I always use the tighter version
I borrowed a Solus Pro for a couple of weeks. Didn't get on with it at all and it did nothing extra on the vehicles I work on, so I invested in some updates to my Ethos instead. I can't see how a £7 tool can even come close, LOL
