    One of the last of the rwd ones. Pretty easy to get decent power out of with an exhaust, bigger turbo, bigger injectors etc. A lot of the ‘newer’ volvo turbos more or less bolt straight on.

    30mm spacers fitted to the rear. Probably going to stick to this ride height now. the crawling over speed bumps was become a little tiresome in the other 940.

    Depends really. You can a reasonable none turbo car for around a grand. The boosted ones tend to be a few quid more.

    Just did the first clean on the *cough* rose gold one. Some pretty horrible laquer peel on the roof so the roof rack will be staying! Other than that it’s pretty straight.

    Yeah, I kind of liked the looks but it needed 240bhp as standard to make it appeal to me. I might buy one in 20 years.

    Just three. I only bought this for the wheels as people want £500 for a set these days but I’m digging the Brown ness of it now so have advertised the smoker. That’ll never sell for what it owes me so the suspension and stuff might end up going on this one and the smoker go back to standard...

    It’s pretty tidy! Small rust spot on the leading edge of the bonnet which I’ll try and find some touch up for but other than that I can’t really complain.

    It’s a 940 turbo and it says brown on the log book so I couldn’t resist! Currently sat in a travel lodge in Wales as couldn’t face the four and a half hour drive back. Its got some nice bits, egg crate grille, roof rack, and hydra wheels with full size spare. I’ll get some more pictures when...
