Had a go (finally!) in a H&R's car today. Really nice. The ride is good, handles really well. Rolls more than the AST's, steering feels better as well. I wouldn't change my AST's for H&R's, but the H&R's are very good.

Something similar happenned to mine, turned out to be static build up. All I was told to do, was unplug from mains, remove battery, then hold the power button down for 30s. Leave it for a few minutes, re-insert the battery and try again. Could be something completely different, but worth a shout?

On my fifth 172/182. Never had anything other than consumables (tyres, brakes etc) need doing that I can recall. Never broken down either. Servicing is comparable to any car in the same class (CTR, MCS)

Not sure about that, the whole point about the cup suspension set up was that it wasn't just lowering springs. Get a cup packed car in the first place, will make it easier to sell on.
