It means you have around 9psi of vacuum with the throttle closed and will go to around 1000 mbar with the throttle open, if the cam timing is out you will see a higher figure
buy or borrow a pressure bleeder, you can sometimes get the pedal back that way,
or
If you know anyone with Renault clip or a good diagnostic tool you can fire the abs modulator circuits individually which is the way it should be done if the abs valve block has had air in it.
To clarify for people who come across this thread in the future,
75amp is 172 cup fitment only,
All standard 172's & all 182's inc cup and trophys use a 110amp alternator
( just to add there were a few rare 172 cups that were spec'd with air con that also used the 110 amp too).
