    Help IDing a part

I guess if you really wanted a new part you could have an engineering firm make you one or something.

    Road Trip/Tour 2019!

OK, if you have room for a Civic diesel then i'll be up for it. Might have to borrow a better car lol anyone got a spare Clio haha. Just checked the work holiday situation and looks like i should be able to get the time off.

    Road Trip/Tour 2019!

I haven't really read any of this, can you just catch me up on what the plan is etc? I don't have a Clio lol, but always up for a drive and a meetup.

    Daniels Blue 182.

Sadly you can't put a price on the blood, sweat, tears and huge amount of effort it takes to build a high standard race car using high quality parts like Dann I personally think its probably worth around 4K mark, sadly car values never represent the above and all the love that has been put in...

I just have a browse on eBay and don't think i would get much more for it tbh, so might save the hassle and postage etc and go straight to them,

    cs_rich's RS250 Megane

Really lovely car, congratulations. Very jealous.

    Galaxy Fold

True but its alot of hassle on eBay. Samsung themselves will give me £250 and considering i only paid around £360 i think that's not bad.

    For the track day enthusiasts

Personally I have taken a basic tool kit, jack, breaker bar and that's probably it. Only really need to change pads or wheels. Maybe a tyre pressure gauge and a pump to put them back to road pressures after. Check all the fluids and give the car a once over before and after each session and as...

    Insurance, they're not all bad.

I had a similar experience. I renewed my insurance in Janurary and I had the renewal come through and it was almost 1k. I rang them to cancel and they matched the cheaper quotes I had give or take a few pounds and it was almost halfed. Sadly due to my postcode, despite having 9 years NCB and...

    Galaxy Fold

Prices rise for everything not just phones. Fuel, food, houses etc. As consumers I guess we demand more from phones and phone manufactures try to innovate to sell devices and it all costs more and more. You can get a good phone like the Poco F1 for 300/350 and it has similar specs to more...

    Galaxy Fold

It's like anything tho, if your an early adopter you pay the price and as the technology matures the prices come down. Just like the 5g s10 will be a high amount but give it 2 years and all phones will have it.

    Nismo juke RS winter detail

0-60 in 7 seconds and 215bhp, not bad.

    Galaxy Fold

I currently have an S8 and if you trade that in at Carphone Warehouse you can get £235 off so worth a look to reduce the costs. Would make my life alot easier to buy outright.

    Galaxy Fold

This is very different tho, Apple are charging 1.5k for their top end iPhone which IMO is just a normal phone. Samsung have had to invest heavily in R&D etc its something that hasn't really been done before apart from the Royal. The normal S10 models still undercut Apple pricing.

    Galaxy Fold

I want to wait for the reviews first before placing the order as im a bit sceptical on the screen. Because im a CS baller i'll just buy it outright ??

DAB aerial and phone mic placement?

I always have the DAB on the passenger side a pillar and it needs to contact metal i believe to ground it. Then the mic goes on the drivers a pillar, unless there is an OEM spot, normally where the lights in the headlining are.

Yer defo want it. Will wait for the reviews first otherwise one if the S10's will do.

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

Potentially yer, the bottle is a bit scummy so maybe i'll treat it to a replacement at some point.

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

Got the car back from Honda, the short version is that i was being over paranoid and it doesn't have a leak... I had a look under the car on the ramps in Honda, all was good. They actually did a better job on the manifold then i thought. The car is actually pretty clean underneath as well...

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

Yes i would of assumed so, they probably disconnected it from the turbo end anyways. I think they said its the cooler pipe. I have had a further phone call and they have had the car running with the trays off and can't see any leaks. The car is being left on the ramp for me to go over in a...

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

Ooooo i can feel this is going to escalate. Honda rang me just now and said two problems. First oil leak from EGR. Don't really care about that, it has been blanked and a small coolant leak from one of the pipes. They are also trying to charge me for the work which i kicked off about so i'm...

140bhp I think. Pissed that it's going back to Honda tomorrow.

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

Trip said around 62/63 going up wasn't trying too hard. On the way back I was trying less ended up around high 50s once I was back.

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

Drive to Edinburgh was uneventful and the car didn't have any problems. However it is going back to Honda tomorrow as there has been a coolant leak since they replaced the manifold. I hope its simple and doesn't end up escalating...

    Why members don’t attend meets?

I don't think i have ever checked the meets section on here if i'm honest. Usually my friend just messages me about stuff he has seen on FB and we just go, normally ends up being retail/car parks/industrial estates etc. I would be happy to go to something more organised, but i don't have a Clio...

Fascia unfortunately. If you have a different style of cage it might work out better.

Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI Type S

My headunit came with a cage, but it was too big for the Honda surround as it only takes 103mm cages and even then I had to trim a little and it was tight. I used all the brackets and stuff that came with the headunit but because it's so tight it's probably never going to come back out lol would...
