Car: renault Clio.
Lol.
It's easiest if you upload the pictures to photobucket, then post the image code (in a box to the left of the pictures in your photobucket page) into your thread.
I've heard a lot of people say this.... I can't see why it would though, you're not putting any extra strain on the gearbox, it's just a shorter linkage. Unless you shift like an American, there's no reason why it should do any damage?
I saw the one on eBay, are they any good though? Doesn't look as well engineered as the B&m one.
I also read on a previous thread that the k-tec wasn't as good?
Pm sent Fred!
As said, really straight forward mate. Calipers are held on with two bolts, take these off and then the pads just slide in and out, no clips or anything to worry about.
I searched for months looking for the orbisoud exhaust when I was looking at which Clio to buy, couldn't find one anywhere. Either they're not for sale or they're very well hidden. I tested a 182 with a milltek and it sounded gorgeous, so if they've sorted the welding issue, you can't really go...
I'm sure I read somewhere that the uk make up 90% of the renaultsport Market? Rare car on the continent, so more money.
I bet the frogs are peeved that we're selling their own cars back to them at extortionate prices :)
Also, people don't place such a huge importance on what car they drive out...
3.5'' is quite big.... If you make it 2.5'', it will fit nicely in the standard '182 style' exhaust surround and be a little less Chav. Nothing worse than a good car that's been ruined with stupid Chav crap.
Because it's a silly idea and they're punishing you.
Lol.
It's not worth it mate, just invest in a decent single tail pipe and get it recessed. If you cut the bumper to fit a twin, you'll see Clio's with singles, decide you don't like yours, then have to buy a new bumper.
As long as you keep your cat none of them will be too silly on the volume side of things.
Tbh, you're never going to get a definitive answer on a forum, people like different things and have their own experiences with certain manufacturers.
Your best bet is to have a look at pictures, videos on...
Replacement engine is almost certainly the best way to go... But it's worth checking your engine. Once in a while you'll get incredibly lucky and you'll get away without too much internal engine damage.
As said, depends how confident you are. But the fact that you didn't know it was cambelt...
