No, a big exhaust will make no difference whatsoever. Very very few cars have an exhaust system that restricts the gas flow. The only thing that will make a difference to gas flow is manifold and decat on 99% of cars.

You've basically changed all of it's breathing, so I remap wouldn't be a bad plan along with the inlets.

I've had mine 2 weeks and they've squeaked once. I took the shims out and filed them but only a very tiny bit, perhaps 1mm.

Around 8-13hp is what's quoted. And yes they are real. lol. The only way to get proper power out of these engines is ITB's, Chargers, Turbo's. ITB's being cheaper than the rest by a fair bit. 170hp n/a is never going to feel much when you drive a 2.7 twin turbo.....
