No mate. Welding hasn't been finished yet. Had a bit of bad luck and some setbacks unfortunately.

Gone to see Chris the welder to double check the seat rail placement. Hopefully he'll have those welded in this afternoon, and might be able to finish off the cage too.

No dude. Wasn't at FCS this year. My daily is a grey mk3 DCI. The track car isn't on the road yet.

@Nik Are track slots transferable? My track car won't be ready in time so I won't be using my track time. Is it ok to put it up for sale?

So had a few more bits and pieces arrive this week. I'm ditching the xenons (partly because one didn't work, and the lack of headlight washers), so purchased some TYC halogen headlights. Not bad for £60 for the pair. Also got a sunstrip, continuing the green theme. And a few cans of green...

It was a uk seller. Checked the quality and it's very good. He spotted it whilst browsing eBay at 5am.

Well, as expected the camera that clammed to be an sjcam was indeed a pile of poop. Got a full refund though, and they even let me keep it. Oh joy. Brother then found a proper sjcam on eBay and got it for £17! Proper one this time, brand new.

Yeah, I've removed mine completely, and no, you shouldn't get any fuel leak. The breather has a one-way valve (inwards). I've then removed the pipe from the inlet breather, and replaced it with a silicone end cap (12mm) and a jubilee clip...
