Ahhh, Jo'burg. Lovely place. Visited for the first time last September, and I'm back in January for 2 weeks.
Welcome to the forums my friend. These Clios are shap-shap.
I recently got a bargain buy of some Megane Nervasports from eBay, which are currently at city Powdercoating being done.
The centre caps like the wheels, are a bit tatty, so whilst in town, took a trip to Renault to enquire as to how much new ones were.
£20 each?! For a bit of plastic! Are...
Drove 50 miles to Birmingham to City Powdercoating, only to be told that the wheels I dropped off last week "reacted to the acid dip" (funny, another guy was told that when I dropped mine in last week), and were't ready, and driving 50 miles home again.
Apparently he'd told "the guy" whoever he...
I'll be there barring some sort of disaster!
Gotta get my wheels back Saturday, and hopefully get my springs on too before the day.
Will have a little project thread up soon I reckon.

Well, i'm in Mollington, so I'm just outside Banbury, and across from the Warwick Road.
I'm up for either driving into Banbury first, or meeting en route.
Has anyone used FK springs on their Clio? Particularly interested on Mk3's?
Not after a "I've heard they're bad" response. I'm wanting factual information please. :clown:
Anyone used one of these?

Very popular mod, the 3.0.
It was the titanium theme in the GSI's. Matching effect on the speedo surround, switch surround, heater surround, and gearstick surround. Oh, and the gearknob insert too.
Very rare items included the handbrake lever.
2.6's had a solid metal polished gearknob.
Cry and run away to my friends for sympathy, to which one will say grow up. A small cat fight with name calling will ensue, and we won't talk to each other for weeks.
