Hey folks.
So, Clio Mk3 Dynamique.
Been a while since I did any audio upgrades to a car.
Headunit to start of course.
I assume an ISO adapter is needed? Is there anything for the steering wheel controls to work with an aftermarket stereo?
Also, has anyone mounted their Ipod in their car...
That link is for a DIY kit.
For mine though, I sent him bits, or bought them from him ready done.
He was at the time a Vectra owner, and was picking up the light switch units, switches, etc, from the scrappy, cleaning them up, fitting the LED's and then selling them.
This guy is popular in the Vectra club I'm in. I've used his LED's, but not SMD's. However, his work is pretty damned good.

Will have to ask each supplier it seems, as the Eibach's for example from Venom Motorsport show it as the overall size per axle.
I.e. 20mm, is 10mm each side.
Wheels arrived today! Well chuffed. Couriers managed to pick them up yesterday, and they arrived mid-morning at work.
1 bit of...
Yeah, I've done some reading and seen what happens with non-hubcentric spacers!
It's certainly not something to spend cheap on!
When they say in the kit, it's 40mm say, is that the total width - I.e. 20mm each side?
Was well pleased Jesus (Seems funny calling you that. Not that I'm religious, but it's funny!)!
Looks like I can run them on a 40 profile as standard, but as can be seen in the link, it looks daft!

35mm on the rear, 25mm...
Will change them. 205/40/17's I reckon?
Ok - will offer them up and see what they're like. I found a thread with a few folks who had them on Mk2's, so will see what they did.
Already started buying stuff, and I've not even got a Clio yet!
Just won these puppies. Won't be paying the £40 courier though. Getting them picked up through work for about £12 instead...
Took it to town to get the shopping, and swore at it when it threatened for a few seconds not to start. Roll on money being freed up so I can go clio shopping!
Cheers for the first input JCC.
Ok, not wanting to drop it too low really. It's a daily driver and I like a bit of comfort.
So, better off with 17's then. Been looking at these puppies...
16's or 17's
Benefits and cons. Am I better off with 16's so as not to disturb the speedo reading too much. Tyre prices, etc.
Do 16's or 17's fill the arches better, are there more choices in either size.
