Gasket scraper. They use a Stanley blade to scrape it all off. It's a time consuming job mind! Don't use sand paper or anything abrasive on the block as the dust/scrapings will drop down between the bore and the pistons and score the bore.

Can't be optimistic, ktec rollers are very accurate apparently ;)
Although it did 173 on my favoured rolling road, yet did 187 at ktec with nothing being changed...

4. Highly recommend as they don't like high rpm, ARP's help this.
5. If brand new, start up and run @2000rpm for 10 minutes. Cam cover bolts aren't tight atall, 10-15lb-ft iirc.
I do find it funny how your more worried about your engine going bang than your licence/job/prison.
