Bought it from an auction? sounds like one we had in at SJ Motors, ecu has a intermittent fault, would be sat there and the ecu would suddenly switch from closed loop to open loop, and go from 0.1% co through to 14% lol.
Not always the case. Early ph2's are a parts bin special. Mine for instance has a speedo sensor in the box.
Speedo sensor is on the back of the diff housing, easiest way is look from above and find where the drive shaft goes in to the box, on the back of the casing there could be a black marker...
Can you imagine if we'd been seen, admittedly probably only one of us would;ve been seen, who ever was trying to drive a car with no seat/windows/bumpers lol
We(Russ and I) did it PURELY to see if it was Possible. By no means was it better than standalone, but as cheaply as It had been done it was a car running well on ITB's on the OEM ecu.
