I had conti sport 5's, then went to ps3's on my LCR. The conti's chewed up after 5k, and wore unevenly. Wet weather they couldn't cope with standing water, and dry grip was good but not as good as the michelins. I'll be staying michelins again when I replace them, especially as they're in the 1a...
Not quite a clio, but a scenic with a VVT F4R, belt was changed on time by a Renault dealer over in Wales that has since gone bankrupt. My suspicions are that they didn't change the idlers as the tensioner is like a roller skate bearing.
It's well known that a good k04 on a 20vt will not break 300bhp, and that Rods will s**t themselves after 300lb-ft certainly, yet AMD seem to achieve 340bhp and iirc I have seen 350lb-ft pmsl. My 2871r only did 321lb-ft

On a ph1 its night on impossible, without changing the entire interior loom/uch/engine loom/ecu to ph2 items. then you need a ph2 dash etc as nothing would be in the same place.
