It's cleaned itself since its rained hard yesterday AM. Number plate is readable now. Thing is that was just 1 journey of 12 miles from my garage to make it look that bad.

I haven't found Emma's unstable/uneven when braking. Afaik she hasn't either. I had my LCR corner weighted too, which is what inspired Emma to get hers done. Makes a massive difference.

Its more the fact its gone towards what I told you to do, position it away from the heat rather than just cutting a vent. IMO, build a heatshield for it. This will help a great deal. doesnt have to be anything fancy. Heres a pic of my LCR's:

wow that was a read. The 120mm long bolt, with a 13mm head? dounds like the one from inside the alternator bracket, from the front goes through the inlet manifold, next to the fuel rail.
