My reply was to dannyr. as if you put he plate in the wrong way generally(Not sure if the clios do it as I've never done it) they foul the flywheel bolts, so the clutch wouldnt disengage to be able to select a gear.

Clutch is slipping, so I'd say no. As it Wouldn't disengage to select to start with.

Run a set of JCS Hi-GRIP jubilee clips. Youll never get a leak with them, I was forcing 34psi through mine :)

i personally dont think you'll be getting much if any improvement with that. you would have if youd made the filter behind the headlight and sectioned off the bay.
