I really wish I'd never sold it. ah well, hindsight is a wondeful thing! It was awesome at the ring, the only problem i had, was my speedo converter packed up, so I was back to KM for a bit. Never missed a beat otherwise, 1400 miles, 4 tanks of fuel, so was quite an economical drive too.

I wouldnt do it to remove, but to install the new one. Clamp the spring in a vice, tighten it right down, then Get a jubilee clip, put it around the tensioner spring. And make sure the drive screw is on the alternator side when you fit it.
I've given you proper input. You don't need an external waste gate, I was running 360bhp on a gt2871r with no boost creep on an internal gate. The turbo you have doesn't have the option afaik for a non gated hotside. which then means you'll be going to the extra expense for no gain what so ever...
The 730 manual is fine for the 738. the belt is good, you'll also need the cam end caps, I'd recommend replacing the exhaust stud, inlet bolt and dephaser as its all apart.
