Do you have access to a multimeter? If so, pull one of the injector plugs off and see what voltage you get a: with the ignition off
b: ign on
c: Cranking
You should get a small voltage when ign on, nothing when off, and pulses of 5ish volts when cranking
its not an engine out job, you just need a very thin ratchet/socket combo or a swan neck spanner, undo the 13mm bolt and it'll come off, then youve got to struggle with it to get the belt back on, its possible if you've done them before, i fitted mine in my lunch, with time to go and get a...

erm, you want the cambelt kit, and aux belt from renault, the cups dont need the kit, water pump is advisable, but not necessary.
