dont beleive how much all the parts go for, engine, box, ecu and wiring goes for about £2500 lol
body roll isnt a bad thing though as long as its controlled, my standard 100 used to have quite a bit of body roll but it was controlled and still had plenty grip.
people seem to think that because a car has bodyroll it doesnt handle.
i seriously doubt that, ive never driven a GT but im assuming its a bit better than Dyn S models, i had a shot of a 1.6 16v Dyn S and it handled brilliant for a standard car, it was more planted than a standard 172!
phase 1 172 would be my choice, much rawer than the ph2 cars i love mine same weight as the cup or their abouts, still get the luxury of half leather and air con, smaller 15" wheels make it handle better and make it more fun and chuckable, plus tyres are cheaper to go! plus £2500 buys you a...

true but their is a renault tech note out about the F4R and only to use NGK PFR6E-10 dont know if its the cat killing issue that caused them to issue it or just the other engine related issues
i would love one but by the time you add climate, factory leather renaultsport upgrade and reach adjustable steering onto a GT DCi they are into 200 money!! however i couldnt afford a 200 every day to work and back!
cant see it being down pipe even with less back pressure as it wont make a massive difference, sounds like you have a leak, vacume hoses, inlet/TB gaskets etc checked all that?
afaik the lad 200bhp package is cams, map, exhaust, filter. not sure what cams tho. they never made the gains they claimed, do a search on here, they were invited to a RR day a while back and said they would come if the club paid their expenses, think they wanted insurance etc paid lol
