I doubt it. They have a lot of big work on. They make huge corn hoppers as well as custom agricultural stuff. The car stuff is just a hobbie of the owner.
A blue R8 with carbon side pods came to Hull Audi today. It was dirty and looked the more boring sports car ever. So dull.
Red RS4 following looked a million times better.
Sure guys. Its not some dodgy back street place. They are very skilled guys.
They made this for my MX-5. Skyline fitment turbo downpipe adaptor. I told them when i wanted and they designed it and made the CAD program and made it for me all for £30!
My local engineering company is doing mine on my 172 for £25.
I know BenR's will have a lot more work in them and he ports the full thing but for the others who just machine the openings where do they get prices of over £100 from?
Lets be honest Neil. It's going to be a right ball ache lol
I need another STD exhaust too. As this one is rotten to f**k. ATM is got about 300 screw driver holes in it from me poking rust.
I don't know why it wasn't whining either. Then again in my friends old 106 the gearset was buggered and the only thing keeping it together was the movement of the engine and the fact the car was rolling. When we stopped it litterally fell out of the casing.
As for this gearbox/diff Its...
I was followed most of the way home by my friend and co owner of the car in a transit van. I think he would have probably flashed me if he saw the diff casing and 3litres of gearbox oil fly at him on the M1 lol
I'd consider driving at 90 in 5th on a motorway junction which is a long sweeping bend quite normal tbh hardly stressful on an engine which has gearing as tall as the clio's. I didn't set out to make it understeer its just the tyres fitted aren't brilliant in the damp. If i'd done a lap of...
Could hardly have had it checked it over in the car park where i picked it up. Would have a been a jack the car up, and take lower engine covers off. I don't know of anyone who does that lol
I've been thinking that. We stuck to a happy 80-90 on the way home. So just over 3k rpm all the way home. As soon as we got back it was washed and put into storage. Haven't even had a chance to thrash the damn thing. Probably for the best.
