Just ordered my 197
until they go wrong and cost £70 odd to replace and reprogram! but its not just the clios, all the laguna's etc that have them all have the same problems- Dan@SJM

drive shaft
Your english is fine. Its the passenger side(just for future refference) :) It sites there as a balence on the shaft it possible to remove it with an angle grinder, but i wouldnt recommend it. Hope this helps- Dan@SJM

new gearbox is usually cheaper tbh! it will need a full rebuild(no point in jut doing 1 syncro.)- Dan@SJM

syncro is fucked. new gearbox. mines been doing this for about 10k, just change into 3rd very slowly and it wont crunch.- Dan@SJM

I used: 1. Halfords wash and wax 2. megs claybar 3. AG Super resin polish(for the 1st time!) 4. Megs NXT Tech wax heres the results- Dan@SJM

Ph-Quick Sticky Throttle
mine started to do this couple of days ago, found out it was the actual throttle sticking, bit of 3in1 oil on the srping, work it in and a couple of drops down the cable again work it in, and its solved it.- Dan@SJM
