see this is whats worrying me! i didnt take the cams out or anything. But As it wasnt quite inline, i adjusted it back to allow the tool to fit. after 2000rpm it flies as normal. going to take it to pieces tomorrow and have another go.
Just dont the cambelt on the 172, and due to not being able to do it at work i didnt have a ramp, so everything has been a bit awkward.
I got the locking tool in on the crank, couldnt turn it either way. Then poped the caps out of the head and put in the locking tool, the cams were slightly...
sound like youve knocked the plug out from the coolant temp sensor. on the side of the thermostat housing the temp sensor is in there, if thats unplugged then the fan cuts in.
well if you dont look at the wheels/exhaust/suspension JUST the body kit, its probly the best job ive seen on a 'rep' lol
Im still saying its shite. but. its been done well, not in a shed at home!
its not worth it mate. All they do is buggar up fuel pumps. theres no point in having one if you dont have alot of mods and the fuel pressure is too low.
