The main bit i can only think about is that your gearbox has a syncromech for a reason. Sure double decluch if driving an very old HGV or a non syncro'd race car. I'm pretty sure your not gaining anything from it on a road car.
I've been heel toeing for about 1.5 years now. I've never seen the need to double declutch on a down shift. For me it actually slows a change down. Where as a good rev matching blip and single clutch action will make for a quicker change.

The ones which run in race series generally have more than 140bhp. Round a very tight circuit like anglesey mine would be awesome but on any track with a decent straight the lack of go above 70 would be very annoying.

Its fragile for track use because they just are areodynamic enough for any decent high speed. It gets twitchy over 80. They are also slow above 70 to the cutting the air like a brick. I'd rather track a hatch than one. They are good for a sunny day blast but thats about it unsless you take the...
