My 172 with a dCi rack and no assistance feels spot on. I'll be sticking the dCi column on and wiring up the EPAS module soon, I prefer no assistance for track but coming into a carpark without PAS is a bit of a fucker on the wrists😂

Check your drivers side mount. They're prone to failing, just make sure your ribbon is still intact otherwise you'll have an engine try to come and attack you through the bulkhead😂 Nah because it's a slave cylinder, they just go plop and your foot goes through the bulkhead😂

Check your mounts over. Does it feel like the engine is losing power intermittently or just like the whole car is shaking? My dCi 100 never did it because it has the JR5 box, I've had ones with a JC5 that do judder, my 172 does it sometimes if the revs are low enough.

If it's written off then its worth £600 mate Nobody in their right mind would pay anything near a grand unless it has a cup spoiler, suspension, nice wheels with decent tyres, cup splitter and recaros. You can buy s**t 197's for £1200 running
