Absolute cowboys. Undo the Torx T20 screw at the back of the plastic rail cover on each side of the seat. Undo the 13mm nuts that hold the slide rails to seat base. There are three on the tunnel side and two on the door side.

Use the USB cable to connect it to your laptop.

Ideally you want vapor blasting using ceramic media. This will give the best finish.

No, its not essential. as long as the old bolts still work then you will be fine. RPD sell the bolts on the website if you need some though.

You will need to give them a good work out, and bleed them , will probably need to do this a few times. Other alternative is to use Clip to open the ABS whilst you bleed.
