I see that car everyday going up woodstock road. I used to wave to him but dont think he knows what cliosport.net is.
Im always on the oxford roads so if you see a black 172 ....
Did you check your exhaust too?, they might have thought it was funny to fill it with flour too and see the huge dust clouds as you start your car. Either that or a banana , beverly hill style.
silver or black wont stand out, you may aswell just leave them alone if you are going to silver or black them. I would go for blue, red imho should be used on brembos.
Be carefull on the A404, its the only place ive ever been caught speeding by a hidden scamera van. Still trying to figure out where "A404 Marlow bypass bucks (site 267)" camera location is.

Continental
Summer tyres SportContact
195/45 R16 80V mit Felgenrippe ** With mytyres.co.uk only £ 57.60
But then youve got to the hassle of getting them delivered and fitted which is...
Ive got a mk2 but this may help you, if you hold down the stalk button down, the one that toggles the mpg/petrol remaining vdu. While holding it turn the car on. release it a few seconds after the car has started. The dash should start doing a dance with dials going up and down, some sort of...
I would Lose the back seat, its a 5 minute job, take out the spare wheel too. Fill up with optimax or similar. You could replace the air filter with a panel filter but anything else would invalidate you insurance unless you pay them extra.
I took my 172 mk2 along to Renault in Aylesbury for a minor 48K service. Big mistake, huge. They made so many mistakes and overcharged me.
To start with they used budget 15w-40 semi synthetic oil, I thought my car needed 5W-40 Fully synthetic. I argued for ages but didnt get anywhere on this...
Ok, ive just tried to remove the bar with the 2 bolts, but they dont seem to be coming off. Do the bolts have a standard thread its just it feels easier to rotate it clockwise rather than anti clockwise. Cant find my socket set so am making do with a small alan key in the top of the bolt.
Im 28 Ive got full no claims and pay £575 for insruance which includes business cover and 12k miles.

You could try some leather cleaner then leather conditioner. To be honest youd probably find it wouldnt crack if youd have used conditioner from the start.
Its something you could change yourself pretty quickly.
To check if it is the coil pack:-
remove the engine cover, and locate the coilpack to the back right, it will have 4 plugs that look like they are set in glue/gel .
Start the car
Using some plastic grips or tongs pull each cable...
Id recommend wearing some thin soled shoes as the clutch is really hard to get used to, the biting point is quite high. Make sure you take it to the high rpms, you will love the massive surge of power at 5k.
Yeah, from looking at the pic I woudnt be surprised if that chav is keying the car, either that or scoping what to steal. Look at his eyes.
also look at the orange Twingo behind, lol.
First off got an ITG Panel filter from the group buy on here, does this need to be declared to Norwich Union?
Also having my allows refurbed and resprayed anthracite, they are the standard 172 Mk2 wheels. Does this need to be declared.
I know some of you are going to say call them up and...
and buy the smallest bottle as you wont need much. Also get a funnel as its a b*****d to pour in without spilling it. Oh yeah and you have to remove the engine cover ( need a torx 30 screwdriver) to get to where you fill it up, its behind the engine.
